Symptoms
Microsoft Office 응용 프로그램을 열면 "로그인 필요"라는 창이 나타날 수 있습니다.

Cause
Windows는 TPM(신뢰할 수 있는 플랫폼 모듈) 칩을 사용하여 자격 증명을 보호합니다. TPM이 지워지면 데이터가 손실되고 이로 인해 Azure AD 인증이 실패합니다.
Resolution
이 오류를 해결하려면 Azure 도메인의 연결을 끊었다가 다시 연결해야 합니다.
이 문제는 Latitude 5330에서 발견되었지만 다른 Dell 컴퓨터에도 영향을 미칠 수 있습니다.
