Symptoms
사용자가 시야각(FOV)을 벗어날 때 DO(Dell Optimizer) PD(Presence Detection) Walk Away Lock 기능이 컴퓨터를 보호합니다. Walk Away Lock이 활성화되고 트리거되면 컴퓨터가 절전 모드로 전환됩니다. 이로 인해 진행 중인 Bluetooth 및 IP 네트워크 전송이 중단됩니다.
Cause
DO PD Walk Away Lock이 트리거되면 Bluetooth 및 IP 네트워크 전송이 중단됩니다.
Resolution
Bluetooth 및 IP 네트워크를 통해 데이터를 전송할 때 DO PD Walk Away Lock을 비활성화합니다.
