Symptoms

Зона данных NetWorker настроена с помощью устройства NetWorker Virtual Edition (NVE). Для обновления NVE до NetWorker 19.5.0.x используется веб-страница NetWorker Installation Manager. Рабочий процесс установки NVE останавливается во время выполнения задачи «Перенастройка параметров службы аутентификации NetWorker (36 из 47)».

На веб-странице NetWorker Installation Manager отображается следующее:

Cause

Файл /nsr/authc_config.txt.saved недоступен в файловой системе NVE. Причина отсутствия файла неизвестна.

Resolution

Файл /nsr/authc_config.txt.saved можно вручную создать в файловой системе NVE для продолжения процесса установки NVE.

  • Подключитесь к NVE через SSH с учетной записью admin: ssh admin@MY_NVE 
  • Выполните аутентификацию с учетной записью администратора.
  • Переключитесь на учетную запись root. sudo su - 
  • Создайте файл authc_config.txt.saved в каталоге /nsr.

MY_NVE:~ # cat /nsr/authc_config.txt.preserved

  • Выберите параметр «Retry Current Task» на веб-странице NetWorker Installation Manager.
  • Рабочий процесс установки NVE продолжит обновлять конфигурацию.
