Symptoms

La zone de données NetWorker est configurée avec l’appliance NetWorker Virtual Edition (NVE). La page Web NetWorker Installation Manager est utilisée pour mettre à niveau NVE vers NetWorker 19.5.0.x. Le workflow d’installation de NVE s’arrête pendant la tâche « Reconfiguration des paramètres du service NetWorker Authc (36 sur 47) ».

La page Web NetWorker Installation Manager affiche les éléments suivants :

Cause

Le fichier /nsr/authc_config.txt.preserve n’est pas disponible sur le système de fichiers NVE. La cause du fichier manquant est inconnue.

Resolution

Le fichier /nsr/authc_config.txt.preserve peut être recréé manuellement sur le système de fichiers NVE pour poursuivre le workflow d’installation de NVE.

  • Connectez-vous à NVE avec un SSH avec le compte administrateur : ssh admin@MY_NVE 
  • Authentifiez-vous avec le compte administrateur.
  • Basculez vers le compte root : sudo su - 
  • Créez le authc_config.txt.conservé dans le répertoire /nsr.

MY_NVE:~ # cat /nsr/authc_config.txt.preserved

  • Sélectionnez l’option « Retry Current Task » sur la page Web de NetWorker Installation Manager.
  • Le workflow d’installation NVE poursuit la mise à niveau de la configuration.
