Symptoms

Datová zóna NetWorker je konfigurována se zařízením NetWorker Virtual Edition (NVE). Webová stránka NetWorker Installation Manager se používá k upgradu NVE na NetWorker 19.5.0.x. Pracovní postup instalace NVE se zastaví během úlohy "Reconfiguring NetWorker Authc Service Settings (36 of 47)".

Cause

Parametr /nsr/authc_config.txt.preserved není k dispozici v systému souborů NVE. Příčina chybějícího souboru není známa.

Resolution

Umístění /nsr/authc_config.txt.preserved lze ručně znovu vytvořit v systému souborů NVE a pokračovat tak v pracovním postupu instalace NVE.

  • Připojte se k NVE pomocí SSH s účtem správce: ssh admin@MY_NVE 
  • Proveďte ověření pomocí účtu správce.
  • Přepněte na kořenový účet: sudo su - 
  • Vytvořte authc_config.txt.preserved v adresáři /nsr.

  • Na webové stránce NetWorker Installation Manager vyberte možnost "Retry Current Task".
  • Pracovní postup instalace NVE pokračuje v upgradu konfigurace.
