Symptoms

NetWorker-datazonen er konfigureret med NetWorker Virtual Edition (NVE)-enheden. Websiden NetWorker Installation Manager bruges til at opgradere NVE til NetWorker 19.5.0.x. NVE-installationsworkflowet stopper under opgaven "Omkonfiguration af NetWorker Authc Service Settings (36 af 47)"

Cause

/nsr/authc_config.txt.preserved er ikke tilgængelig på NVE-filsystemet. Årsagen til den manglende fil kendes ikke.

Resolution

/nsr/authc_config.txt.preserved kan genoprettes manuelt på NVE-filsystemet for at fortsætte NVE-installationsprocessen.

  • Opret forbindelse til NVE med en SSH med administratorkontoen: ssh admin@MY_NVE 
  • Godkend med administratorkontoen.
  • Skift til rodkontoen: sudo su - 
  • Opret authc_config.txt.preserved i mappen /nsr.

  • NVE-installationsworkflowet fortsætter med at opgradere konfigurationen.
