Symptoms

Die NetWorker-Datenzone ist mit der NVE-Appliance (NetWorker Virtual Edition) konfiguriert. Die Webseite des NetWorker-Installationsmanagers wird verwendet, um ein Upgrade der NVE auf NetWorker 19.5.0.x durchzuführen. Der NVE-Installationsworkflow wird während der Aufgabe "Neukonfiguration der NetWorker Authc Service-Einstellungen (36 von 47)" angehalten.

Auf der Webseite von NetWorker Installation Manager wird Folgendes angezeigt:

Cause

/nsr/authc_config.txt.preserved ist auf dem NVE-Dateisystem nicht verfügbar. Die Ursache für die fehlende Datei ist nicht bekannt.

Resolution

/nsr/authc_config.txt.preserved kann manuell auf dem NVE-Dateisystem neu erstellt werden, um den NVE-Installationsworkflow fortzusetzen.

  • Stellen Sie eine SSH-Verbindung mit dem Administratorkonto zur NVE her: ssh admin@MY_NVE 
  • Authentifizieren Sie sich mit dem Administratorkonto.
  • Wechseln Sie zum Root-Konto: sudo su - 
  • Erstellen Sie die authc_config.txt.preserved im Verzeichnis /nsr.

  • Wählen Sie die Option "Retry Current Task" auf der Webseite des NetWorker-Installationsmanagers aus.
  • Der NVE-Installationsworkflow setzt das Upgrade der Konfiguration fort.
