Symptoms

La zona de datos de NetWorker está configurada con el dispositivo NetWorker Virtual Edition (NVE). La página web de NetWorker Installation Manager se utiliza para actualizar NVE a NetWorker 19.5.0.x. El flujo de trabajo de la instalación de NVE se detiene durante la tarea "Reconfigurando los ajustes del servicio Authc de NetWorker (36 de 47)".

En la página web de NetWorker Installation Manager, se muestra lo siguiente:

Cause

/nsr/authc_config.txt.preserved no está disponible en el sistema de archivos NVE. Se desconoce la causa del archivo faltante.

Resolution

/nsr/authc_config.txt.preserved se puede volver a crear manualmente en el sistema de archivos NVE para continuar con el flujo de trabajo de instalación de NVE.

  • Conéctese al NVE con un SSH con la cuenta de administrador: ssh admin@MY_NVE 
  • Autenticarse con la cuenta de administrador.
  • Cambie a la cuenta raíz: sudo su - 
  • Cree el authc_config.txt.preserved en el directorio /nsr.

MY_NVE:~ # cat /nsr/authc_config.txt.preserved

  • Seleccione la opción "Reintentar tarea actual" en la página web de NetWorker Installation Manager.
  • El flujo de trabajo de instalación de NVE continúa actualizando la configuración.
