Symptoms

NetWorker-tietovyöhyke määritetään NetWorker Virtual Edition (NVE) -laitteen kanssa. NVE päivitetään NetWorker Installation Manager -verkkosivulla NetWorker 19.5.0.x -versioon. NVE-asennuksen työnkulku pysähtyy tehtävän "NetWorker Authc Service Settingsin uudelleenmääritys (36/47)" aikana.

Cause

/nsr/authc_config.txt.preserved ei ole käytettävissä NVE-tiedostojärjestelmässä. Puuttuvan tiedoston syytä ei tiedetä.

Resolution

Tiedoston /nsr/authc_config.txt.preserved voidaan luoda manuaalisesti uudelleen NVE-tiedostojärjestelmässä NVE-asennuksen työnkulun jatkamiseksi.

  • Muodosta SSH-yhteys NVE:hen järjestelmänvalvojan tilillä: ssh admin@MY_NVE 
  • Tee todennus järjestelmänvalvojan tilillä.
  • Vaihda pääkäyttäjän tiliin: sudo su - 
  • Luo authc_config.txt.preserved /nsr-hakemistoon.

  • Valitse NetWorker Installation Manager -verkkosivulta vaihtoehto Yritä nykyistä tehtävää uudelleen.
  • NVE-asennuksen työnkulku jatkaa kokoonpanon päivittämistä.
