Symptoms

NetWorkerデータ ゾーンは、NVE(NetWorker Virtual Edition)アプライアンスを使用して構成されます。NetWorker Installation Manager Webページは、NVEをNetWorker 19.5.0.xにアップグレードするために使用されています。NVEのインストール ワークフローは、「NetWorker認証サービス設定の再構成(36/47)」タスク中に停止します

NetWorker Installation ManagerのWebページには、次の情報が表示されます。 
認証の失敗
NVEの/nsrディレクトリー リストには、次のように表示されます。

Cause

/nsr/authc_config.txt.preserved は、NVEファイル システムでは使用できません。ファイルが見つからない原因は不明です。

Resolution

/nsr/authc_config.txt.preservedをNVEファイル システムに手動で再作成して、NVEのインストール ワークフローを続行できます。

  • 管理者アカウントを使用してSSHでNVEに接続します。 ssh admin@MY_NVE 
  • 管理者アカウントで認証します。
  • rootアカウントに切り替えます。 sudo su - 
  • /nsrディレクトリーにauthc_config.txt.preservedを作成します。

MY_NVE:~ # cat /nsr/authc_config.txt.preserved

  • NetWorker Installation Manager Webページで [Retry Current Task] オプションを選択します。
  • NVEのインストール ワークフローでは、構成のアップグレードが続行されます。
