Symptoms

NetWorker 데이터 영역은 NVE(NetWorker Virtual Edition) 어플라이언스로 구성됩니다. NetWorker Installation Manager 웹페이지를 사용하여 NVE를 NetWorker 19.5.0.x로 업그레이드하고 있습니다. "NetWorker 인증 서비스 설정 재구성(36/47)" 작업 중에 NVE 설치 워크플로가 중지됩니다.

NetWorker Installation Manager 웹 페이지에는 다음이 표시됩니다.

Cause

NVE 파일 시스템에서는 /nsr/authc_config.txt.preserved 를 사용할 수 없습니다. 누락 된 파일의 원인은 알 수 없습니다.

Resolution

NVE 설치 워크플로를 계속하려면 NVE 파일 시스템에서 /nsr/authc_config.txt.preserved 를 수동으로 다시 생성할 수 있습니다.

  • admin 계정으로 SSH를 통해 NVE에 연결합니다. ssh admin@MY_NVE 
  • 관리자 계정으로 인증합니다.
  • 루트 계정으로 전환합니다. sudo su - 
  • /nsr 디렉토리에 authc_config.txt.preserved 파일을 생성합니다.
