Symptoms

A zona de dados do NetWorker é configurada com o equipamento NetWorker Virtual Edition (NVE). A página da Web do NetWorker Installation Manager está sendo usada para fazer upgrade do NVE para o NetWorker 19.5.0.x. O fluxo de trabalho de instalação do NVE é interrompido durante a tarefa "Redefinindo as configurações do serviço de autenticação do NetWorker (36 de 47)".

Cause

O arquivo /nsr/authc_config.txt.preserved não está disponível no file system do NVE. A causa do arquivo ausente não é conhecida.

Resolution

O /nsr/authc_config.txt.preserved pode ser recriado manualmente no sistema de arquivos do NVE para continuar o fluxo de trabalho de instalação do NVE.

  • Conecte-se ao NVE com um SSH com a conta de administrador: ssh admin@MY_NVE 
  • Autenticar com a conta de administrador.
  • Alterne para a conta root: sudo su - 
  • Crie o authc_config.txt. preservado no diretório /nsr.

  • Selecione a opção "Retry Current Task" na página da Web do NetWorker Installation Manager.
  • O fluxo de trabalho de instalação do NVE continua fazendo upgrade da configuração.
