Symptoms

NetWorker 資料區域是使用 NetWorker Virtual Edition （NVE） 裝置進行設定。NetWorker Installation Manager 網頁是用來將 NVE 升級至 NetWorker 19.5.0.x。NVE 安裝工作流程在「重新設定 NetWorker 認證服務設定 （36/47）」工作期間停止。

Cause

NVE 檔案系統上無法使用 /nsr/authc_config.txt.protected。檔案遺失的原因不明。

Resolution

您可以在 NVE 檔案系統上手動重新建立 /nsr/authc_config.txt.protected，以繼續 NVE 安裝工作流程。

  • 使用管理員帳戶的 SSH 連線至 NVE： ssh admin@MY_NVE 
  • 使用管理員帳戶進行身份驗證。
  • 切換至 root 帳戶： sudo su - 
  • 在 /nsr 目錄中建立 authc_config.txt.protected。

  • 在 NetWorker Installation Manager 網頁中選取「 重試目前工作」 選項。
  • NVE 安裝工作流程會繼續升級組態。
