Symptoms

NetWorker 数据区配置了 NetWorker Virtual Edition （NVE） 一体机。使用 NetWorker Installation Manager 网页将 NVE 升级到 NetWorker 19.5.0.x。NVE 安装工作流在任务“重新配置 NetWorker 身份验证服务设置（第 36 页，共 47 页）”期间停止。

Cause

/nsr/authc_config.txt.preserved 在 NVE 文件系统上不可用。文件丢失的原因未知。

Resolution

可以在 NVE 文件系统上手动重新创建 /nsr/authc_config.txt.reserved，以继续 NVE 安装工作流。

  • 使用管理员帐户通过 SSH 连接到 NVE： ssh admin@MY_NVE 
  • 使用管理员帐户进行身份验证。
  • 切换到 root 帐户： sudo su - 
  • 在 /nsr 目录中创建 authc_config.txt.reserved。

  • 在 NetWorker Installation Manager 网页中选择 “重试当前任务” 选项。
