Per risolvere la vulnerabilità di sicurezza per "NTP Mode 6 Scanner", aggiornare il file di configurazione NTP come indicato di seguito per disabilitare la modalità NTP 6:

impostazione predefinita /etc/ntp.conf dovrebbe essere:

server xx.xx.xx.xx iburst


Per disabilitare la modalità NTP 6, aggiungere due righe in/etc/ntp.conf:

server xx.xx.xx.xx iburst
restrict default kod nomodify notrap nopeer noquery
restrict -6 default kod nomodify notrap nopeer noquery



Quindi riavviare il servizio NTP:

# service ntpd stop
# service ntpd start
