Voit korjata NTP Mode 6 Scanner -suojaushaavoittuvuuden päivittämällä NTP-määritystiedoston seuraavasti ja poistamalla NTP-tilan käytöstä 6:

Oletus /etc/ntp.conf Olisi:

server xx.xx.xx.xx iburst


Poista NTP-tila 6 käytöstä lisäämällä kaksi riviä kohtaan/etc/ntp.conf:

server xx.xx.xx.xx iburst
restrict default kod nomodify notrap nopeer noquery
restrict -6 default kod nomodify notrap nopeer noquery



Käynnistä NTP-palvelu uudelleen:

# service ntpd stop
# service ntpd start
