Om het beveiligingsprobleem voor "NTP Mode 6 Scanner" op te lossen, werkt u het NTP-configuratiebestand bij zoals hieronder om NTP-modus 6 uit te schakelen:

de standaard /etc/ntp.conf moet zijn:

server xx.xx.xx.xx iburst


Als u NTP-modus 6 wilt uitschakelen, voegt u twee regels toe aan/etc/ntp.conf:

server xx.xx.xx.xx iburst
restrict default kod nomodify notrap nopeer noquery
restrict -6 default kod nomodify notrap nopeer noquery



Start vervolgens de NTP-service opnieuw:

# service ntpd stop
# service ntpd start
