Symptoms

在 NMC （NetWorker 管理控制台）上验证许可证时，观察到以下错误：

Checking CLP connection using "D:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr/lic/licspec.properties".
Checking license properties file "D:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr/lic/licspec.properties"
Found 'license path=D:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\lic\dpa.lic'
Checking license file 'D:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\lic\dpa.lic'
License file 'D:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\lic\dpa.lic' is unserved

Cause

备份服务器配置了 2 个 NIC，因此在应用许可证时，它会尝试连接到不同的 NIC。。

Resolution

从网络共享中心禁用其他 IP：

转到网络共享中心。
更改适配器选项。
然后禁用不同的辅助 IP [不是备份 IP]

禁用其他 IP 后，通过以下步骤再次尝试应用许可证：

1.在 NetWorker 服务器上，启动 NMC 管理窗口，右键单击服务器，然后从
列表中选择属性。此时将显示服务器属性窗口。
a.选择许可选项卡。
B。在CLP 许可证文本字段中，单击浏览。
C。导航到许可证文件所在的位置，然后选择许可证文件。
D。单击验证许可证。验证内容之前，“验证许可证”按钮将被禁用。您可以使用 nsrlic -C 命令检查
状态。
2.在服务器属性窗口的许可选项卡上，确保以下字段的值正确，然后单击
确定。
● 解决方案 ID
● CLP SWID
3.在 NMC 管理窗口中，单击服务器，然后选择注册。确认右侧窗格中显示的
CLP 容量许可证条目指示已授权 - 无到期日期。


成功应用许可证后，启用已禁用的 IP。
