Symptoms
Dell Universal Dock UD22で、DisplayPort (DP)を使用して特定の外部MSTモニターに画像を表示できません。この問題は、モニターがポート1に接続されており、モニターがMSTで構成されている場合に発生します。この方法で構成すると、PCが休止状態(S4)およびシャットダウン(S5)モードから再開した後に症状が現れます。
Cause
Dell Universal Dock UD22は、MST対応モニターをサポートしていません。
Resolution
ハードウェアは交換しないでください。
