Symptoms
OVF template cannot be deployed from Content Library when using IPv6 on vSphere 7.0.3.
Cause
This is a vSphere limitation in 7.0.3 version.
Resolution
This is planned to be fixed by VMware in an upcoming vSphere release.
Workaround: Use IPv4 environment to have VMware Content Library functionality.
