NetWorker 伺服器和 NetWorker 管理主控台 （NMC） 伺服器是兩種不同的系統。
NetWorker 伺服器版本和 NMC 伺服器版本位於不同的累積版本分支上。

Cause
當 NMC 伺服器管理多個 NetWorker 伺服器時，便會發生此問題。NMC 伺服器為 19.6.0.3 版，而發生此錯誤的伺服器為 19.5.0.5。此問題的原因是版本不相符。19.5.0.5 NetWorker 伺服器有自己的本機 NMC 伺服器，使用 19.5.0.5 NMC 套裝時並未發現此錯誤。
Resolution
最佳做法是比對 NetWorker 管理主控台和 NetWorker 伺服器版本，或將其保留在同一分支中，例如 19.5.x、19.6.0.x 等。
使用相同的 NetWorker 版本在 NetWorker 伺服器上安裝 NMC 套裝。NMC 套件可從 Dell 支援的NetWorker 產品頁面下載。
在 19.6.x 環境中，可以使用以 HTML 為基礎的 NetWorker Web 使用者介面 （NWUI） 來管理 NetWorker 伺服器。
使用相同的 NetWorker 版本在 NetWorker 伺服器上安裝 NMC 套裝。NMC 套件可從 Dell 支援的NetWorker 產品頁面下載。
