Symptoms

NetWorker Management Console （NMC） 或 NetWorker Web 使用者介面 （NWUI） 正用於執行虛擬機器 （VM） 還原至不同的 vSphere 環境。主控台的復原狀態和復原工作階段記錄顯示：

可使用 vProxy /opt/emc/vproxy/runtime/logs/vbackupd/vbackup-engine.log 顯示：

Cause

來源備份 vSphere 版本比目標復原 vSphere 環境版本新。例如，來源 vSphere 版本為 8.0，而目標 vSphere 版本為 7.0。舊版 vCenter 資料庫或 ESX 主機在註冊期間無法辨識部分新的 vSphere VM 屬性或元件。 
 

注意：即使兩個 vSphere 環境是相同的主要版本，也必須在組建層級識別差異。

Resolution

VM 還原應在執行相同 （或更新） 版本的 vCenter/ESXi 環境中執行來源備份 vSphere 環境。
