Symptoms

NetWorker Management Console （NMC） 或 NetWorker Web 用户界面 （NWUI） 用于运行到不同 vSphere 环境的虚拟机 （VM） 恢复。控制台恢复状态和恢复会话日志显示：

Cause

源备份 vSphere 版本比目标恢复 vSphere 环境版本更新。例如，源 vSphere 版本为 8.0，目标 vSphere 版本为 7.0。在注册过程中，较旧的 vCenter 数据库或 ESX 主机无法识别某些新的 vSphere 虚拟机属性或组件。 
 

提醒：即使两个 vSphere 环境是相同的主要版本，也必须在内部版本级别确定差异。

Resolution

应从源备份 vSphere 环境执行到运行相同（或更高版本）版本的 vCenter/ESXi 环境的虚拟机恢复。
