Cause

发生此故障的原因是存储区中的 NetWorker 服务器在没有永久许可证的情况下运行，并且在软件安装期间创建的 EVAL 已过期。NetWorker 试用或 EVAL 许可证期将在安装 90 天后到期。

Resolution

有两个选项可用于解决此问题：
  • 获取永久许可证。
  • 在 NetWorker 存储区中再生成一个 90 天的 EVAL 许可证期限，并提供以下解决方法：
提醒：这些步骤从头开始创建 NetWorker 配置，提供另一个 90 天的宽限期，但所有 NetWorker 配置都会丢失。在执行此操作之前，请务必了解要执行的操作。
  1. 停止 NetWorker 存储区服务器服务和守护程序。
Linux: systemctl stop networker

Windows: net stop nsrexecd /y
  1. 删除或重命名以下文件夹：
Linux: /nsr/res, /nsr/mm, and /nsr/index

Windows: disk_letter:\...\nsr\res, disk_letter:\...\nsr\mm, and disk_letter:\...\nsr\index
  1. 启动 NetWorker 存储区服务和守护程序。
Linux: systemctl start networker

Windows: net start nsrd && net start gstd 
提醒：仅当安装了 NetWorker Management Console （NMC） 服务器软件包时，才需要启动 gstd。这也仅在 Windows 主机上需要。在 Linux 上停止 NetWorker 不会停止 NMC 服务;但是，在 Windows 系统上停止 NetWorker 会停止 NMC 服务。
