Symptoms

搭載 CFI 作業系統的 Precision 5560 和 XPS 9510 電腦無法開機至準作業系統環境中的外接式 USB 裝置。

Cause

當作業系統為 CFI 訂單時，BIOS 設定選項「啟用 USB 開機支援」會自動停用。

Resolution

請按照以下步驟，在開機前環境中開機至外接式 USB 裝置：
  1. 在開啟期間按下 F2 以開機至設定選單。
  2. 按一下整合式裝置並啟用 USB 開機支援 （圖 1）。
