Symptoms
XPS 9720 用户报告，触摸板沿边缘接触时出现间歇性问题。用户表示触摸板的左侧、右侧和顶部边缘不起作用。
Cause
为便于使用并防止触摸板上意外触摸，手掌拒绝区域定义为（请参见图 1）：

- 沿顶部边缘的边缘筛选功能的高度为 4 毫米。
