Symptoms

U3421WEモニターでUSB-C接続でDA305に接続していて、Latitude 5431またはPrecision 3470ノートパソコンにUSB-Cケーブルを使用して接続するとNo Videoが発生します。

Cause

DA305がノートパソコンとU3421WEモニターの間にある場合、電圧不足保護回路がトリガーされる可能性があります。このトリガーにより、電源供給コントローラーがシャットダウンします。

Resolution

この動作を回避するには、次の手順を実行します。

  1. DA305からのUSB-C接続を使用する代わりに、DA305からU3421WEモニターへのHDMIまたはDisplayPort(DP)接続を使用します。
