Cause

Hosty ESXi mają skonfigurowany adres IPv4 w vmk0, a adres nie jest dostępny z poziomu programu VxRail Manager, np. 169.254.x.x.
Zazwyczaj te hosty zostały zaktualizowane z wersji 4.5 w pewnym momencie ich życia. W wersji 4.7.x Zarządzanie VxRail IPv4 zostało przeniesione do vmk2. W rezultacie możliwe jest, że vmk0 będzie miał resztki ustawienia, które nadal oznacza vmk0 jako adres zarządzania IPv4, co w rezultacie ustawi adres 169.254.x.x na vmk0

Resolution

  1. Wyłącz IPv4 dla vmk0 na wszystkich hostach ESXi, vmk0 powinien mieć tylko adres IPv6.
  2. Ponów próbę uaktualnienia
