Symptoms

  • 在磁帶磁片區上執行掃描器後，儲存集只會在 mminfo 中顯示最終的片段位址，例如：
mminfo -ar ssid,mediafile,mediarec,first,last,fragsize,fragflags -q volume=volume_name

  • 在 mminfo 中缺乏顯示 第一 個值 0 的片段 （儲存集的真正開始）。
  • 嘗試儲存集復原時發生錯誤：從 NSR 伺服器「server」還原失敗：找不到可復原的磁片區。

Cause

此問題是 NetWorker 19.5 及更新版本中的磁片系列媒體增強所導致。

Resolution

即將推出的 NetWorker 19.6.1.2 或 .3 和 19.7.0.1 版本會提供程式碼修正程式。

解決 方案：
  • 新增 -F 交換器作為掃描器命令的一部分。
注意：即使儲存集已存在於媒體資料庫中，也會變更儲存集保留 （-y 交換器可手動設定保留）。
  • 使用舊版的獨立掃描器二進位，理想情況下為 19.4.0.6
