Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager DR(Disaster Recovery) 백업에 대해 복제 활성화 를 클릭한 후 구성 작업이 실패하고 'Data Domain에 연결할 수 없음' 오류가 표시됩니다.  
UI의 Disaster Recovery Configuration 메뉴 

serverdr.log에는 아래 메시지 또는 기록된 오류가 있습니다.

Cause

PowerProtect Data Manager는 소스 및/또는 복제 Data Domain 중 하나 또는 둘 다와 SSH 연결을 설정할 수 없습니다. 
 

Resolution

서버 DR에 대한 복제를 활성화하기 위해 PowerProtect는 SSH(포트 22)를 사용하여 복제 소스 및 타겟 DD 스토리지 시스템에 연결합니다.
소스 및 타겟 DD 시스템 모두에 대한 포트 22가 PowerProtect 서버에 대해 열려 있어야 합니다.
