Symptoms

ユーザーにエラー403 Forbiddenが表示されるため、downloads.dell.com 上のディレクトリーを参照できなくなりました。アクセスが拒否されましたというメッセージ。
403 - 許可なし: アクセスが拒否されました  
 
影響を受ける一般的に使用されるディレクトリーには、次のようなものがあります。

 
これは、ファイルのURLが分かっている場合にファイルを直接ダウンロードする場合や、OpenManage Enterpriseなどのコンソール内でのオンライン操作(カタログ管理、ファームウェア コンプライアンス、コンソール アップデート)には影響しません。

Cause

最近のセキュリティの変更により、downloads.dell.com Webサイトからディレクトリトラバーサルが削除されました。

Resolution

Dell ITは、90日間変更を元に戻しました。影響を受けるプログラムは、downloads.dell.com からファイルにアクセスするための他のオプションを提供しようとしています。

現在の影響は次のとおりです。
  • downloads.dell.com/catalog からのファイルの手動ダウンロード
  • downloads.dell.com/openmanage_enterprise を使用したオフライン インストール用にOpenManage Enterpriseアップグレード ファイルを手動でダウンロードする。
  • OpenManage Integration for Windows Admin Center用のインベントリー コレクターおよびDell Server Updateユーティリティーの手動ダウンロード
