Symptoms
De installatie van Dell Pair maakt kortstondig opnieuw verbinding met bestaande bluetooth-verbindingen
U kunt een verbindingsprobleem ondervinden met aangesloten bluetooth-apparaten wanneer u de Dell Pair applicatie installeert. Bluetooth-apparaten zoals headsets of een toetsenbord/muis worden gedurende ongeveer één seconde gereset (de verbinding wordt hersteld wanneer de installatie is voltooid).
Wat is Dell Pair?
Dell Pair is een softwarehulpprogramma dat nu vooraf is geïnstalleerd op bepaalde Dell platforms en ondersteuning biedt voor het koppelen van Dell bluetooth-randapparatuur. (Bluetooth-apparaten zoals uw draadloze muis of toetsenbord.) Als u de instelling van Dell Pair hebt ingeschakeld, wordt de gebruikersinterface (UI) van het hulpprogramma automatisch weergegeven wanneer de computer zich binnen het detectiebereik bevindt om te koppelen met een apparaat via een bluetooth-netwerk.

Cause
De installatiesoftware van Dell Pair wordt geleverd met een USB-filterdriver. De filterdriver wordt geïnstalleerd als onderdeel van de installatie van Dell Pair. De installatie van de filterdriver vereist dat u bestaande bluetooth-verbindingen verwijdert en opnieuw verbindt.
