Instructions

  1. Inicie sesión en el switch mediante la raíz
  2. Ejecute el comando telnet:
Nomenclatura: 
"telnet <IP ADDRESS OF SERVER > <PORT>"

Ejemplo de ejecución de telnet para verificar si está disponible una conexión a un servidor mediante el puerto 443: 
  • Conectado correctamente:
root> telnet 10.1x.1x.1xx 443
Trying 10.1x.1x.1xx...
Connected to 10.1x.1x.1xx.
Escape character is '^]'.
^]
telnet> close
Connection closed.
  • Conexión rechazada: 
root>telnet 1.x.x.0.1 443
Trying 1x.0.0.1...

telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused

NOTA: El comando telnet no está disponible en los modelos de switch y FOS más antiguos.


NOTA: Para el switch superior a 9.1.x, el usuario requiere serviceshell El acceso desde Broadcom para ejecutar estos comandos como cuenta raíz está deshabilitado.
