Event Description:

A hardware fault has been detected for this drive. The drive or the cabling to it may have a problem.

Cause

Op de op DDVE gebaseerde platforms, zoals DD3300, worden de schijven voortdurend bewaakt door de onderliggende PowerEdge RAID Controller (PERC) en iDRAC Lifecycle Controller.

Elke schijffout, storing of voorspellende fout wordt doorgegeven aan de virtuele stack (Hardware > ESXi > DDVE).

De fout of storing leidt ertoe dat de toepasselijke waarschuwing wordt gegenereerd.

Resolution

Elke defecte of voorspellende foutschijf moet worden vervangen.

Neem contact op met Dell Support of uw supportprovider om een vervanging te regelen.
