Event Description:

A hardware fault has been detected for this drive. The drive or the cabling to it may have a problem.

Cause

Nas plataformas baseadas em DDVE, como o DD3300, os discos são constantemente monitorados pelo PowerEdge RAID Controller (PERC) subjacente e pelo iDRAC Lifecycle Controller.

Qualquer falha de disco, falha ou falha preditiva é transmitida para a pilha virtual (hardware > ESXi > DDVE).

A falha ou falha resulta na geração do alerta aplicável.

Resolution

Qualquer disco defeituoso ou com falha preditiva deve ser substituído.
