Symptoms
從用戶端 symcli 到 EEM 伺服器 symcli 的命令失敗，錯誤訊息「A remote send or receive action failed」。
用戶端 symcli 上不會產生任何symapi.log。
已檢查伺服器端，並在 storsrvd.log 中找到以下項目：
從用戶端 symcli 到伺服器 IP 的 Ping 成功。
用戶端 symcli 上不會產生任何symapi.log。
已檢查伺服器端，並在 storsrvd.log 中找到以下項目：
<Info > [7791 Listener] Sep-23 11:29:50.196 : New client connection received <Info > [7791 Conn-7] Sep-23 11:29:50.196 : Connection received from host !Local! <Info > [7791 Conn-7] Sep-23 11:29:50.196 : Received control msg: Authorize [0] - rights: ffffffff, [PRIVUSER] 'root'上述記錄表示已成功收到用戶端連線，但命令仍失敗，並出現上述錯誤。
從用戶端 symcli 到伺服器 IP 的 Ping 成功。
Cause
無法從用戶端與伺服器 symcli 通訊。
Resolution
確保埠 2707 已打開。打開埠 2707 後，即可成功執行命令。
