Symptoms

クライアントsymcliからEEMサーバーsymcliへのコマンドが、「 リモート送信または受信操作に失敗しました」というエラーで失敗しました。

クライアントsymcliで生成されたsymapi.logはありません

サーバー エンドを確認し、storsrvd.logに次のエントリーが見つかりました: 
<Info > [7791 Listener] Sep-23 11:29:50.196 : New client connection received
<Info > [7791 Conn-7] Sep-23 11:29:50.196 : Connection received from host !Local!
<Info > [7791 Conn-7] Sep-23 11:29:50.196 : Received control msg: Authorize [0] - rights: ffffffff, [PRIVUSER] 'root'
上記のログは、クライアント接続が正常に受信されたことを示していますが、コマンドは上記のエラーで引き続き失敗しています。

クライアントsymcliからサーバーIPへのpingが成功しました。

Cause

クライアントからサーバーsymcliへの通信ができません。

Resolution

ポート 2707 が開いていることを確認します。ポート2707が開くと、コマンドを正常に実行できます。
