Symptoms

클라이언트 symcli에서 EEM 서버 symcli로의 명령이 실패하고 "원격 전송 또는 수신 작업이 실패했습니다" 오류가 표시됩니다.

클라이언트 symcli에서 생성된 symapi.log가 없습니다.

서버 끝을 확인하고 storsrvd.log에서 다음 항목을 찾았습니다.

위의 로그는 클라이언트 연결이 성공적으로 수신되었지만 위의 오류로 인해 명령이 여전히 실패함을 나타냅니다.

클라이언트 symcli에서 서버 IP로 Ping하는 데 성공했습니다.

Cause

클라이언트에서 서버 symcli로 통신할 수 없습니다.

Resolution

포트 2707이 열려 있는지 확인합니다. 포트 2707이 열리면 명령을 성공적으로 실행할 수 있습니다.
