Symptoms
从客户端 symcli 到 EEM 服务器 symcli 的命令失败，并显示错误“远程发送或接收操作失败”。
客户端 symcli 上未生成symapi.log。
检查服务器端并在storsrvd.log中找到以下条目：
从客户端 symcli 到服务器 IP 的 Ping 成功。
客户端 symcli 上未生成symapi.log。
检查服务器端并在storsrvd.log中找到以下条目：
<Info > [7791 Listener] Sep-23 11:29:50.196 : New client connection received <Info > [7791 Conn-7] Sep-23 11:29:50.196 : Connection received from host !Local! <Info > [7791 Conn-7] Sep-23 11:29:50.196 : Received control msg: Authorize [0] - rights: ffffffff, [PRIVUSER] 'root'以上日志指示已成功接收客户端连接，但命令仍然失败并显示上述错误。
从客户端 symcli 到服务器 IP 的 Ping 成功。
Cause
无法从客户端与服务器 symcli 通信。
Resolution
确保端口 2707 处于打开状态。打开端口 2707 后，能够成功执行命令。
