Symptoms

Når du forsøger at konfigurere Remote Syslog fra Setting > Security > Remote syslog in Unisphere for PowerMax, mislykkes det med fejlen: 
java.net.SocketException: Connection reset
 
java.net.SocketException: Nulstilling af forbindelse

Cause

Denne fejl skyldes et netværksproblem.

Resolution

Brugerens netværksteam fandt ud af, at trafikken var blokeret for port 6514. Når netværksproblemet var løst, kunne de konfigurere Remote syslog.
