Symptoms
Latitude 5430, 5431, 7430 en Precision 3470 laptops die worden geleverd met touchpad-onderdeelnummer V1R70 Kan af en toe optredende touchpadfunctionaliteit. Dit is een firmware-gebaseerd conflict dat specifiek is voor het touchpad-gedeelte.
Cause
Een firmwareprobleem dat specifiek is voor onderdeelnummer V1R70 zorgde ervoor dat het touchpad niet reageerde of een handpalmafwijzing bleef activeren.
