Symptoms

도크에 연결된 DP 케이블을 분리하거나 분리한 후 모니터에 비디오가 표시되지 않는 경우가 있습니다.

Cause

도크와 모니터 간의 시간 통신 문제입니다.

Resolution

  • 단일 모니터의 경우,
  1. 모니터의 MST 옵션이 꺼짐으로 설정되어 있는지 확인합니다.

  • 멀티 모니터용
  1. 각 모니터의 MST 옵션을 "Off"로 설정합니다(위와 동일).
  2. 각 모니터를 도크의 DP 포트 또는 HDMI 포트에 직접 연결합니다.

고객이 여전히 두 번째 모니터를 첫 번째 모니터에 데이지 체인 방식으로 연결하는 것을 선호하는 경우(MST = 켜짐) Monitor1 "Auto Select"를 Off로 설정합니다.
