DDOS DDVE

Issue Description
DDOS-172106 This fix allows the retention lock compliance (RLC) feature introduced in the DD 7.10 family release to be used.
DDOS-174823 The unsupported deployment configuration option was offered on the DDVE on-premises OVA package. This has been fixed.
