Symptoms
在 5.1.x 和 5.2.x 代码中，obs_collector存在影响 UPA 文件创建和保留的问题。这还会影响 CloudIQ 和 Unisphere 生成或显示性能图表的能力。出现的问题类型包括：
- UPA 创建
- UPA 保留 - UPA 文件的删除速度比预期的要快;在删除最旧的 UPA 文件之前，保存 UPA 文件的目录永远不会达到 70% 阈值。
- Unisphere 图形不显示
- Dell CloudIQ 图表不显示
Cause
代码 5.1.x 和 5.2.x 中存在代码问题。
通过在 spx\EMC\C4Core\log\obs_collector\ObsCollector.log>中<查找红色项来验证此问题：
Resolution
此问题已在 OE 5.3.1 中得到修复，所有较新版本都将包括此问题的修复。始终建议升级到目标 OE 版本。
如果客户无法升级，临时解决方法是在出现问题时重新启动obs_collector。创建支持案例并引用本文。
提醒：重新启动obs_collector后不会生成历史数据。只开始收集新数据。
