Symptoms
在 5.1.x 和 5.2.x 程式碼中，obs_collector發生問題，會影響 UPA 檔案的建立和保留。這也會影響 CloudIQ 和 Unisphere 產生或顯示效能圖表的能力。出現的問題類型包括：
- 建立 UPA
- UPA 保留 - UPA 檔的刪除速度比預期的要快;在刪除最舊的 UPA 檔之前，保存 UPA 檔案的目錄永遠不會達到 70% 的閾值。
- Unisphere 圖形未顯示
- Dell CloudIQ 圖表未顯示
Cause
代碼 5.1.x 和 5.2.x 中有程式碼問題。
在 spx\EMC\C4Core\log\obs_collector\ObsCollector.log> 中<尋找紅色的項目，即可確認此問題：
Resolution
此問題已在 OE 5.3.1 中修正，所有較新版本都將包含此問題的修正。我們建議您隨時升級至目標 OE 版本。
如果客戶無法升級，暫時的因應措施是在發生問題時，重新開機obs_collector。開啟支援案例並參考本文。
注意：重新啟動 obs_collector 後，不會產生歷史資料。僅開始收集新數據。
