Symptoms

Policy Manager를 수정하거나 비활성화하려고 하면 보안 연결 게이트웨이 사용자 인터페이스에 알 수 없는 오류가 표시되고 다음을 저장할 수 없습니다.
PM에서 알 수 없는 오류 발생

정책 관리자 사용자 인터페이스가 잠겨 있습니다.
사용자 인터페이스에서 계정 잠김

Cause

  • 정책 관리자 암호는 SCG-PM 연결을 먼저 비활성화하지 않고 변경됩니다.
또는
  • 업그레이드 또는 문제 해결 중에 보안 연결 게이트웨이 Lockbox가 재설정됨

Resolution

1. SSH를 사용하여 보안 연결 게이트웨이에 로그인하고 다음 명령을 실행합니다. 
Pre 5.16: # docker exec -u postgres esrsde-app psql -U postgres -d vapp -c 'delete from policy_manager_config'

Post 5.16: # docker exec esrsde-app psql -U postgres -d vapp -c 'delete from policy_manager_config'

2. 보안 연결 게이트웨이 사용자 인터페이스에서 정책 관리자 설정이 선택 취소되었는지 확인하고,
3 정책 관리자 사용자 인터페이스 잠금 시간이 만료될 때까지 기다렸다가 정책 관리자 로그인이 작동하는지 확인합니다.4
. 보안 연결 게이트웨이에서 정책 관리자 설정을 재구성합니다.

Additional Information

다음 오류가 발생하면 Post 5.16 명령을 사용합니다. 
# docker exec -u postgres esrsde-app psql -U postgres -d vapp -c 'select * from policy_manager_config'
psql: error: connection to server on socket "/var/run/postgresql/.s.PGSQL.5432" failed: FATAL:  Peer authentication failed for user "postgres"
