Cause

如果磁碟先前用於 PFxM，則當 VMFS 資料仍保留時，很可能移除不當。

Resolution

從 vCenter 的磁碟移除現有的 VMFS 資料。
重試部署或更新服務詳細資料。
一旦 PFxM 中所有內容都顯示為綠色，請嘗試再次新增磁碟區。
