Symptoms
在筆記型電腦上蓋闔上的情況下，從擴充基座使用 DisplayPort （DP） 纜線連接至 Belkin KVM 的完整高解析度 （FHD） 外接顯示器上，可能不會顯示 BitLocker 插腳畫面。這會影響 UN-3 系列中的貝爾金設備。
受影響的平台：
- Latitude 5320
- Latitude 5430
- Latitude 9420
- Precision 3470
- XPS 17 9700
受影響的擴充基座：
- WD19DCS - Dell Performance Dock
- WD22TB4 - Dell Thunderbolt 擴充基座
如果擴充基座或 Belkin UN-3 KVM 已拔下，FHD 外接式顯示器會顯示 BitLocker 插腳畫面。如果 FHD 顯示器直接連接至電腦，BitLocker 插腳畫面也會顯示。
Cause
這是由於 KVM 限制所導致的預期行為。
Resolution
對此有幾種可能的解決方案。
- 在空白螢幕期間輸入 BitLocker 的 PIN，然後按下 Enter 鍵。
- 使用連接至 KVM 主控台的 FHD 外接顯示器時，請使用 HDMI 而非 DP，將擴充基座連接至 Belkin KVM UN-3。
