解决方案

使用 Dell.com/Support 的固件版本 M3B104 或更新版本更新显示器。

  1. 单击 Drivers & Downloads。
  2. 选择 Alienware AW3423DWF 显示器固件更新。
  3. 下载并安装最新的固件。

显示器固件更新后，可以通过转至 On-Screen Display （OSD）（屏上显示 （OSD））菜单中的 Others（其他 ）选项来验证固件版本。然后在 Display Info 下确定安装的固件版本。
