Symptoms

Eigenaars van Latitude 5x30, 5x40, 7x30 en Precision 7670 kunnen problemen melden waarbij hun laptop de smartcard herkent vóór het opstarten of warm opnieuw opstarten.

Fout EE080006 (smartcard niet aanwezig) kan worden ontvangen.

Cause

De USH-poort is genegeerd tijdens preboot.

Resolution

Update naar de volgende BIOS-versies op de computer om het probleem op te lossen. Raadpleeg de BIOS-updatehandleiding voor het downloaden en installeren van het BIOS.
